Mumbai

I always wanted to avoid this since i was a kid. Mumbai as a city has always aroused fear of unknown inside me. Don't know why but this has been the case with me. but as you know Murphy's law always works (especially in such situations), and here i come to Mumbai for my internship. The experience so far has been

• Crowd.. everywhere.. you can't escape.
• Pollution is too much. stand below a street light and u can see your shadow not only on ground but in the air as well :P
• Food is damn costly at most of the places, but yes the variety is also dere.
• Transport is a pain. Traffic outside and bahut sari bheed inside.
• Accommodation is also difficult to find. Thanks to my friend in NITIE, i dont have to.
• People here turned out to be pretty nice, as compared to what my perception was.
• Lot of places to roam around on weekends (but i dont feel like coming out of bed for the obvious reasons).

Still have lot of things to explore in this city. The fear is almost gone now. Lets see how next month turns out for me.
